Your Personal Data – what I need.
My Choir Marketing is what’s known as the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide to me. I only collect basic personal data about you which does not include any special categories of information or location-based information. This does, however, include name and email address.
I collect your contact information from you directly when you make an enquiry online or in person. I do not source any personal data from third-party vendors.
Why I need it.
I need to know your basic personal data in order to provide you the response to your enquiries and to provide you with email Newsletters.
I will not collect any personal data from you that I do not need in order to provide these services to you.
What I do with it.
The legal basis I rely on to process your personal data is that of Consent – you have consented to me storing and processing your personal data.
All the personal data I process is held on servers managed by MailChimp or Drift. I only use external IT services to support this processing which are either located within the European Union or have suitable security measures in place such as compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.
No third parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.
How long I keep it.
Your information that I use for marketing purposes may be kept by me until you notify me that you no longer wish to receive this information by selecting the “unsubscribe” option on any of my mailings.
